Important Enrollment Information

  • Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • These classes are open to adult students (18+) only.
  • Attendance of the first class meeting is mandatory to complete the enrollment process.
  • Keep your receipt and bring it to the first class to verify your enrollment.
  • Students with disabilities, please inform the instructor of any special accommodations along with written documentation at the first class meeting.
  • Students must meet prerequisite requirements.

    Payment and Refund Policy

    • Acceptable forms of payment are credit or debit card, cashier’s check or money order (made out to Coastline ROP).
    • Cash or personal checks will not be accepted.
    • The class fee pays for tuition only; textbooks, uniforms, and additional fees may be required and are subject to change.
    • Partial payments may be received under the following conditions:
      • $500 must be paid at the time of registration.
      • All fees must be paid by the midpoint of the course.  The midpoint of a course is defined as halfway through the time of the study.  
      • Partial payments for courses are NON-refundable after the start of class. 
      • Special fees, ID fees, lab fees, and application fees are non-refundable.
    • Once you have made a course partial payment, that payment is eligible for a 90% refund if you withdraw within five (5) days before the class start date.

    • Full payments are eligible for a 90% refund if you withdraw within five (5) days before the class start date.
    • Full payment does not guarantee that the course will be held. 
    • If the minimum number of students necessary to hold the course is not met, the course will be canceled, and you will be issued a full refund.

    If you wish to withdraw from the course before it begins, you must contact Coastline ROP by emailing info@coastlinerop.org or calling (714) 979-1955 within five (5) days before the class start date. Any withdrawal request made after this time will not be accepted.

    Students withdrawn for disciplinary reasons pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct are not entitled to a refund of any tuition and fees.
